What happens from the moment you arrive at the clinic until you leave with your treatment plan, step by step.

- You arrive at reception: we confirm your appointment and your contact details.
- You go to the treatment room for your assessment: we examine your mouth, listen to what brings you in and answer your questions.
- We calmly explain your treatment plan, with its options and its quote, before we begin.
- If you decide to go ahead, we book your next appointment.
Before you come
Your first assessment appointment is at no cost.
Book ahead: that way we set up your profile in our system before you arrive and, if you would like to add a wellness service to your visit, we have it ready.
What to bring
- An official ID.
- Your X-rays or earlier studies, if you have them.
- Your medical history or the treatment plans you were given at other clinics, if you have them.
- A list of the medications you take.
If going to the dentist makes you nervous
Tell us when you arrive. We go at your pace and explain each step before we take it: it is part of the Ritual Nümia.

How to book

If you would rather we help you, send us a WhatsApp message (it is already written) or write to us by email.
What details we ask for
To book, we only need your name and how to reach you. We take your medical history at the appointment, in person.
If you do not live in Playa del Carmen
We can start with a video call. Write to us and we will book it.
