Firm gums

Care for your gums and for what supports each tooth.

What it is and what it includes

We treat inflammation, recession and gum disease so your teeth have a firm foundation, with techniques that care for your own tissue.

Healthy gums are the ground a healthy smile grows from. Periodontics cares for the gums and the bone that support each tooth. At Nümia we treat inflammation, recession and gum disease with precision and a gentle touch, and we use regenerative techniques that preserve your own tissue.

  • Non-surgical periodontal therapy
  • Soft tissue grafting
  • Bone regeneration
  • Maintenance and long-term follow-up

How it feels within the Ritual

We begin calmly: you breathe and we explain what we will examine.

We work at your pace, with pauses whenever you need them.

You leave with your care instructions clear for home.

After your surgery

Every procedure has its own aftercare: when you finish, your doctor explains it and gives it to you in writing.

  • Wisdom tooth: three days without exercise and, ideally, two weeks without smoking. We remove the stitches after 10 days.
  • Bone graft: three days without exercise and one month without smoking. We remove the stitches between two and three weeks.
  • If you are taking an antibiotic, avoid alcohol.

Write or call us right away if the bleeding does not stop or the pain does not ease.
