1. Who we are

This site belongs to Numia Wellness S.A.P.I. de C.V., which operates under the brand Nümia Wellness + Dental, with address at Plaza Coba, C. 7 Sur Diag. Manzana 3 Loc PB216, Playacar, 77717 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico.

2. Use of the site

The information on this site is general and for guidance only. It does not replace the assessment at the clinic: diagnosis and treatment plan are made in the treatment room, with your dentist.

3. Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours ahead.

We allow a 15-minute grace period; after that, we may reschedule your appointment so as not to delay other patients.

If you do not attend and did not let us know, the appointment is released and you can book another.

4. Third-party services

To book, message us or see the map we use third-party services (Cal.com, WhatsApp and Google Maps). Each has its own conditions and privacy notice. They only load when you ask for them.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images, brand and design of this site belong to Numia Wellness S.A.P.I. de C.V. or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used without written authorization.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our privacy notice.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
